We Have 2 Application Methods. How would you like to apply?

Digital Vendor Application

The online vendor application process makes it easy to complete all steps—form submission, logo upload, Health Permit upload, and a 25-word business description—directly on our website. Once submitted, our team will review your application and follow up with the next steps. No paperwork required!

Step 1: Download and complete the Contra Costa Health Permit. Then, return to the Digital Form.
